"My favorite thing about P&C? How clean they keep the place! Justin is a fantastic trainer who is incredibly knowledgeable- with a vast array of exercises and variants in his arsenal, a great listener, very relatable, and always goes above and beyond for his clients. They have a flexible scheduling and are affordable. There is new equipment being brought in all the time to allow for a wide variety of exercises and movements to be achieved. I know there’s clients older than my grandmother and young enough to be my son there too, so they are ready for anyone. Justin has provided me with workouts and nutrition recommendations for outside of my time at P&C. During our time together I told my trainer I wanted to focus on mobility and unique exercises that I wouldn’t be able to do in a traditional gym and we do just that! It’s a very spacious area with plenty of room for activities, we even make it outside for a little during the summer months. Would I recommend P&C to anyone looking for high quality training in a comfortable, clean, and affordable space? Absolutely."
